A friend of mine mentioned a sermon she listened to by Rick Warren where he challenged everyone to make a list of 100 things they’re grateful for. That sounded like a beneficial exercise to do. Since Thanksgiving is this week, I thought I’d complete the exercise and share it with you. If you attempt it, I’d love to hear about your experience and some of the things on your list!

That was surprisingly easier than I imagined it to be. One hundred is a large number but I am greatly blessed. So many of the things on the list I take for granted most of the time, but when I think about people who wish they could have a fraction of things I do, I am overwhelmed with gratitude.
Does your list have any of the same items as mine? What are you most grateful for today?
